Gong Bath - Dibden

Come and join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating gong bath in the crystal cabin.

It is said that the sounds of the gong are so complex, our brains give up trying to analyse them & sends us into a state of meditation.

The gong is heard by our body; beyond the sounds we hear through our ears.

The gong can detoxify us, relieve stress, encourage creativity & increase productivity.

Please bring a blanket, journal and water.
